Terms of Service
By using this site and joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are intentionally short.
1. What this site is
This site is a pre-launch waitlist for "Your Data, Your Money" ("YDYM"), a product in development by Iron River Technologies LLC. The app is not yet available. These terms govern your use of the waitlist site only. Separate, more detailed terms will apply when the app launches.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to join the waitlist. If you are under 18 or reside outside the United States, please do not submit your email.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you have asked us to notify you when the YDYM app launches and that you consent to receive occasional product updates by email until then. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on our part to launch the product, to launch it on any specific timeline, to offer you any specific terms if and when we do launch, or to pay you any amount of money.
You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@ironriver.io.
4. The $50 bonus
We currently describe a "$50 bonus for the first 500 to onboard." This is a promotional offer, not a waitlist reward. The specific terms of the bonus are set out in our Promotional Terms. In summary, the bonus is paid only to the first 500 eligible users who (a) are on the waitlist, (b) download the app when it becomes available, (c) complete in-app onboarding, and (d) satisfy the other conditions in the Promotional Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time before it is paid.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated entries.
- Submit multiple entries using different email addresses to attempt to claim multiple bonuses.
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the site.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or probe it for vulnerabilities.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the name "Your Data, Your Money," the YDYM mark, the copy, the illustrations, the code, and the design — is owned by Iron River Technologies LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Iron River Technologies LLC nor any person or entity affiliated with YDYM will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify waitlist members by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
